Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the current team of professionals
- Manage healthcare-related initiatives across the assigned region
- Ensure clients remain satisfied with service delivery
- Drive new business development and expand current revenue channels in the healthcare sector
- Build and maintain strong external relationships with potential clients, architects, project managers, construction managers, and general contractors
- Monitor key project opportunities, project future work pipelines, and create effective pursuit strategies and teams
- Keep informed on regional and national market trends and ensure technical leadership within the practice
- Establish internal connections to share critical information on staffing and project opportunities across the organization
- Ensure high-quality technical execution and expert resolution of project challenges
- Create, evaluate, and align regional business strategies with national healthcare and life sciences plans, integrating with other practice areas and services
- Show understanding of OSHPD regulations and requirements
- Demonstrate familiarity with Design/Build contract models and proposal processes
- Align objectives with national team members to support business plan implementation
- Formulate approaches to reach new clients and increase sales volume and profitability
- Oversee financial performance of projects and manage reporting across offices and clients
- Achieve an annual revenue target between $1 million and $3 million averaged over two years
- Define and communicate the firm’s unique value in the healthcare market to stand out from competitors
- Lead or assist in client presentations with an emphasis on integrated service offerings
- Act as a proactive leader and problem solver to guide teams and partners in delivering high-performing Life Science projects
- Publish technical content and speak at industry events to enhance visibility and credibility
- Lead strategic hiring of senior-level professionals with healthcare market expertise and mentor new direct reports
