Responsibilities
- Lead and grow an established team of professionals

- Build and maintain strong external relationships with potential clients, architects, owners, and construction management firms
- Monitor key project leads, forecast future work pipelines, and create effective pursuit strategies with qualified teams
- Stay informed about regional and national market trends and ensure technical innovation within the practice
- Establish internal connections across the organization to share knowledge and support staffing and project acquisition
- Ensure high standards of technical quality in project execution and resolve complex issues effectively
- Create, review, and align regional business strategies with global healthcare objectives, integrating with other services and regions
- Possess understanding of Design/Build procurement methods and contractual frameworks
- Collaborate with global team members to support unified business plan implementation
- Formulate approaches to engage new clients and increase market share with higher-value projects
- Supervise financial performance across projects and manage reporting processes between offices and clients
- Achieve an annual revenue target averaging between $1 million and $3 million over two years
- Define and communicate the firm’s unique value in the healthcare sector to differentiate from competitors
- Lead or assist in client presentations with emphasis on integrated, multidisciplinary solutions
- Act as a proactive leader and problem solver to guide teams and partners toward successful project outcomes
- Publish thought leadership content and present at industry forums to enhance visibility
- Drive strategic hiring of senior-level talent with healthcare design expertise and mentor new direct reports
