Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage regional staff while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth by expanding current income sources and securing new business
- Maintain strong external relationships with potential clients, architects, project management firms, and general contractors
- Monitor key project opportunities, project pipelines, and develop strategies for successful bids
- Stay informed on regional and national market trends and ensure technical leadership within the practice
- Build internal connections across the organization to share information and support staffing and project acquisition
- Ensure high-quality technical execution and expert problem resolution on all projects
- Create and review regional business plans aligned with national life science and healthcare strategies, integrating with other practice areas and services
- Align objectives with national team members to support effective implementation of business plans
- Design and execute strategies to enter new markets and attract high-margin clients nationwide
- Manage financial oversight of projects and coordinate interoffice and client reporting processes
- Achieve a sustained annual revenue target between $1 million and $3 million over two years
- Define and communicate the firm's unique value in the market to differentiate from competitors
- Lead or assist in sales efforts with an emphasis on integrated service offerings
- Act as a proactive leader and problem solver to guide teams and partners in delivering high-performance projects
- Publish technical content and present at industry events to enhance thought leadership
- Lead strategic hiring of senior professionals with specialized market expertise and mentor new direct reports
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — northeast region offices, west region offices
