About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with major retail accounts in the consumer space, focusing on expanding market share and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key mass retail customers

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Prepare regular business reviews with retail partners
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards at retail
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Forecast sales and manage order pipelines
  • Leverage market insights to influence customer decisions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape
  • Support pricing and assortment planning activities
  • Facilitate communication between retail partners and internal teams
  • Execute seasonal merchandising plans
  • Track promotional performance and provide recommendations
