Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a regional team to execute all Market Focus initiatives
  • Ensure consistent client satisfaction across projects and engagements
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding current income sources and capturing new business within the designated Market Focus
  • Cultivate and sustain external relationships with potential clients, architects, and project management firms
  • Monitor key project leads, forecast future opportunities, and shape competitive strategies with high-performing teams
  • Deliver sustained annual growth of at least 8% through strategic initiatives
  • Partner with Practice Area Directors to align staffing with project demands and pursuit goals
  • Promote and sell additional services across existing client accounts while maintaining awareness of local market dynamics
  • Develop annual budgets, business plans, and oversee accounts receivable collections
  • Focus externally on relationship-building and lead generation to expand revenue streams
  • Recognized within the industry for deep expertise in local AEC market trends
  • Support participation in SENSE, EDT, and internship development programs
  • Foster a positive work environment that sustains high employee engagement
  • Manage P&L performance with oversight of key financial metrics including NEF, UC, UC%, multiplier, billing, and collections
  • Coordinate office-wide events and activities
  • Enforce adherence to company-wide standards, policies, and operational playbooks
  • Advance the implementation of Vision 2025 and Vision 2035 strategic goals
  • Lead talent development through recruitment, performance evaluations, and training planning
  • Oversee technical delivery of projects, ensuring quality assurance and control protocols are followed
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts while identifying risk mitigation strategies
  • Hold accountability for office-level profit and loss outcomes
  • Manage geographic profit and loss with an annual average NEF between $2 million and $4.25 million
