Responsibilities
- Lead team development and manage execution of all Market Focus initiatives within the assigned region
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent service quality
- Drive revenue growth by expanding current income streams and identifying new business opportunities
- Cultivate external relationships with architects, project management firms, and general contractors to grow the client pipeline
- Monitor key project leads, forecast future work pipelines, and create effective pursuit strategies with cross-functional teams
- Stay informed on regional and national market trends while keeping technical teams at the leading edge of industry practices
- Build internal connections across the organization to share insights and align national staffing and project efforts
- Ensure high-quality technical delivery and expert resolution of project challenges
- Collaborate on developing and refining the regional business strategy in alignment with national goals and other practice areas
- Align objectives with national team members to support coordinated business execution
- Create and implement plans to enter new client markets and expand high-margin national work
- Manage financial oversight of projects and coordinate interoffice and client-facing reporting
- Define and communicate the firm’s unique value within the target market to differentiate offerings
- Lead or assist in sales presentations with an emphasis on integrated service solutions
- Act as a proactive leader and problem solver to guide teams and partners in delivering outstanding project outcomes
- Publish thought leadership content and present at industry events to enhance market visibility
- Lead strategic hiring of senior-level talent with relevant market expertise and mentor new direct reports
