Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze existing pricing and billing operations.
- Capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications, including system and data models.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the full Quote to Cash lifecycle across sales and finance.
- Set up Salesforce CPQ to handle advanced pricing rules, discounts, and product bundles.
- Deploy Salesforce Billing to manage invoicing, payments, and revenue scheduling.
- Build subscription-based and recurring revenue frameworks tailored to client models.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing usage-based products in Salesforce.
- Advise clients on strategic decisions between native configurations and custom development.
- Design and execute integrations with ERP platforms like NetSuite, payment processors, and tax calculation systems.
- Build automated workflows, approvals, and business process rules for CPQ and billing operations.
- Deliver customized reports and dashboards aligned with client reporting needs.
- Develop detailed configuration guides and support development teams during build phases.
- Produce comprehensive documentation and lead training sessions for CPQ and billing processes.
- Assist with release management and ongoing improvements after go-live.
