Leadership & Team Development
Drive team effectiveness by cultivating a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. Implement consistent methodologies, tools, and best practices across projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scalability across global teams.
Strategic Portfolio Oversight
- Align resource capacity with portfolio priorities, identifying constraints and enabling efficient allocation
- Monitor and manage cross-program risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with Finance and Product leadership on investment planning and cost-benefit analysis
- Oversee financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring adherence to budget and value delivery
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Serve as the primary connection between business units and delivery teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. Deliver clear, data-driven updates to executives on progress, challenges, and outcomes. Use insights from delivery trends to refine processes and enhance PMO maturity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 10 years in program or project management within software or hardware engineering environments
- At least 5 years leading distributed teams, including remote and offshore models
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Lean, Waterfall, and new product development frameworks
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in evolving environments
- Experience building consensus across global, cross-functional teams
- Skill in diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Background in large-scale enterprise initiatives and strategic program leadership
