Responsibilities
- Manages execution of designated accounts and projects focused on digital and omnichannel initiatives, along with additional tasks as assigned.
- Reports on project or program progress to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Recognizes areas for improvement and addresses challenges related to commercial performance as highlighted by clients or internal stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains strong client relationships through consistent communication and service.
- Collaborates with onshore and offshore teams to strengthen digital capabilities, overseeing development, testing, and implementation of models, campaigns, analytics, and communications.
- Ensures digital programs meet high-quality, industry-leading standards.
- Participates actively with internal groups to support the growth and development of practice areas.
- Assists in daily operations related to project execution and issue resolution.
- Defines target audiences and designs digital campaigns that engage, educate, and drive behavioral change.
- Detects opportunities to improve campaign outcomes and provides actionable suggestions.
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and ensure unified execution.
- Monitors and enhances performance of key metrics such as ROI and CPA, and contributes to setting future KPIs for campaigns and tests.
- Supports business development efforts in digital and omnichannel spaces for both new and current clients.
- Completes additional project-related tasks as required by client demands or internal team needs.
