Transfr was looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager (MI)

Transfr is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager to contribute to our customer success initiatives. You will be a key part of ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Support and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term success
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform service improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and requests

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success or account management
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Interest in developing expertise in customer success methodologies
