About the Role
The Associate Coordinator will assist in managing client interactions, organizing workflows, and maintaining accurate records to support seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients
- Schedule and confirm client meetings and appointments
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation
- Assist in preparing presentations and client materials
- Respond to client inquiries under supervision
- Monitor service timelines and escalate as needed
- Support onboarding processes for new clients
- Update internal databases with client information
- Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues
- Generate routine reports on client activities
- Ensure compliance with service protocols
- Manage incoming and outgoing client correspondence
- Follow up on pending client requests
- Assist in coordinating client events or calls
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Track service metrics and performance indicators
- Organize digital and physical client files
- Support the implementation of client projects
- Identify and flag service delays or risks
- Assist with client feedback collection
- Coordinate travel or logistics for client engagements
- Prepare summaries of client interactions
- Support quality assurance checks
- Adapt to changing client needs and priorities
