About the Role

The Associate Billing Analyst is responsible for maintaining billing accuracy, processing customer invoices, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve account issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process customer invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments
  • Support timely submission of billing statements to clients
  • Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and adjustments
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing
  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify billing requirements
  • Monitor accounts for compliance with contractual terms
  • Track and report on billing cycle performance metrics
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoice details
  • Ensure data integrity across billing systems and financial records
  • Assist in audits by providing accurate billing documentation
  • Follow established procedures for credit and adjustment processing
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve account concerns
  • Update billing databases with current client information
  • Support implementation of billing system improvements
  • Verify pricing agreements align with invoiced amounts
  • Escalate complex billing issues following defined protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data
  • Participate in training for new billing tools or processes
  • Work cross-functionally to improve billing efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
  • Prepare summaries for management review
  • Track resolution timelines for billing disputes
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by supervisors
  • Contribute to process documentation for billing workflows
