Responsibilities
- Offers technical support to users of production systems, software, and web-based applications.
- Troubleshoots and resolves performance-related issues in software applications.
- Manages and updates database content, including table modifications and maintenance.
- Creates and sustains reports and online portals that track and support AFO performance metrics.
- Demonstrates leadership in ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

- Access to certain technical data may require export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
- Non-U.S. citizens, non-permanent residents, and individuals not classified as protected under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) may be subject to export control review.
- This role does not require travel.
