Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing daily client interactions and ensuring client satisfaction
- Join client meetings, record key points, monitor action items, and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain prompt and precise client communication while providing support
- Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to aid onboarding and deployment processes
- Participate in implementation and progress calls to confirm agreement on schedules and outputs
- Monitor project milestones, log updates, and pursue resolution of pending items to maintain progress
- Help carry out account strategies established by the Senior Account Manager
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery within defined scope
- Monitor interdependencies, risks, and unresolved tasks, escalating as needed
- Assist in monitoring KPIs and indicators of account performance and health
- Prepare reports, progress summaries, and performance overviews
- Recognize and report potential risks, patterns, or shortcomings to the Senior Account Manager
- Support the creation of client-facing documents such as account reviews and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordination and execution across initiatives
- Help manage clear and consistent communication across multiple teams and priorities
- Collect and record feedback from clients
- Share findings with senior management and internal teams to promote service improvements
- Support contract management, renewal tracking, and documentation procedures
- Monitor deadlines and required actions for accuracy and timeliness
- Work with Finance and Legal departments to ensure correct and prompt processing
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and ensure reliable follow-through to completion
- Maintain organization across multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work in a fast-moving environment
