Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing daily project activities and administrative functions
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing requests for information, submittals, change orders, and project logs
- Help develop and track weekly construction schedules, workforce planning, material deliveries, and long-lead item timelines
- Participate in internal and external project meetings and document meeting summaries and action items
- Ensure project records are accurate and that updates are distributed promptly to all relevant parties
- Conduct regular site inspections with project leadership to monitor progress and confirm installation adherence
- Document field conditions, track work completion percentages, and report potential schedule risks
- Collaborate with field teams to align on project objectives, safety protocols, and implementation strategies
- Support tracking of labor, equipment, and material expenditures
- Verify accuracy of purchase orders, delivery documentation, and subcontractor invoices
- Assist in compiling weekly project reports and cost projections for management review
- Facilitate communication between clients, general contractors, design teams, and internal electrical crews
- Represent the company professionally with external stakeholders
- Uphold safety protocols during all site visits in line with company standards
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code, local regulations, and internal quality benchmarks
- Support project closeout activities including punch list tracking, as-built coordination, and handover documentation
