Enterprise Electrical is hiring an Assistant Project Manager - Mission Critical Data Center

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing daily project activities and administrative functions
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing requests for information, submittals, change orders, and project logs
  • Help develop and track weekly construction schedules, workforce planning, material deliveries, and long-lead item timelines
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings and document meeting summaries and action items
  • Ensure project records are accurate and that updates are distributed promptly to all relevant parties
  • Conduct regular site inspections with project leadership to monitor progress and confirm installation adherence
  • Document field conditions, track work completion percentages, and report potential schedule risks
  • Collaborate with field teams to align on project objectives, safety protocols, and implementation strategies
  • Support tracking of labor, equipment, and material expenditures
  • Verify accuracy of purchase orders, delivery documentation, and subcontractor invoices
  • Assist in compiling weekly project reports and cost projections for management review
  • Facilitate communication between clients, general contractors, design teams, and internal electrical crews
  • Represent the company professionally with external stakeholders
  • Uphold safety protocols during all site visits in line with company standards
  • Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code, local regulations, and internal quality benchmarks
  • Support project closeout activities including punch list tracking, as-built coordination, and handover documentation
