Responsibilities
- Prepare regional financial reports, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Review and supervise financial statements, aging analyses, and account reconciliations for each country and business unit; produce variance analyses and commentary, and flag risks to leadership.
- Prepare and verify inter-unit balances and reconciliations, collaborating with Country Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct SOX compliance reviews on country-level financial reports.
- Communicate global and regional reporting standards to local finance teams, providing guidance, training, templates, and standardized procedures.
- Ensure all reporting aligns with SOX regulations and internal control frameworks.
- Support ad hoc financial tasks such as developing reporting templates, preparing APAC management reports, and performing financial analysis.
