Responsibilities
- Operate kitchen and service equipment safely and efficiently
- Restock ingredients from delivery zones to storage, prep areas, and walk-in coolers
- Assemble and prepare food items according to quality standards
- Answer incoming calls and manage customer orders by phone
- Conduct inventory checks and complete required documentation
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility on a daily basis
- Demonstrate strong reading and writing skills to interpret and provide accurate instructions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members during order processing
- Perform basic arithmetic operations—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—quickly and accurately, with or without a calculator
- Handle cash transactions and provide correct change
- Utilize verbal, written, and phone communication skills to take and fulfill orders
- Coordinate hand-eye movements to perform fast, precise tasks efficiently
- Input orders accurately using computer keyboards or touch-screen systems
