Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the deployment, integration, and network connectivity of computing systems to maintain reliable business operations and service continuity.
- Provide coordination for the setup of on-site and remote hardware and software components across the enterprise network.
- Ensure project and department objectives are achieved in line with established schedules, supporting approvals and development efforts for both global and local teams.
- Enforce compliance with defined standards and protocols during the design and rollout of IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with internal IT units and external vendors to deploy solutions and resolve critical technical issues, including network failures and connectivity disruptions.
- Deploy and configure LAN and WAN circuits and associated networking equipment.
- Collect and manage data to support corporate initiatives, particularly during merger and acquisition activities.
- Conduct site assessments and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot, image, install, and configure end-user devices, including workstations, servers, operating systems, and related protocols.
- Manage user access and permissions through Active Directory services.
- Support integration and maintenance of third-party technology platforms.
- Administer and maintain networking hardware and security appliances.
- Oversee provisioning, configuration, and support for mobile computing devices.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise business applications.
