Responsibilities

  • Operate all necessary equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Transport ingredients from delivery zones to storage, preparation areas, and refrigerated units.
  • Assemble and prepare menu items according to established standards.
  • Answer incoming calls and accurately process customer orders.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete required documentation.
  • Perform routine cleaning of equipment and facility spaces on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrate strong comprehension and ability to provide accurate written instructions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members during order processing.
  • Perform basic arithmetic operations quickly and accurately, with or without a calculator.
  • Handle cash transactions and provide correct change.
  • Possess clear verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order intake and processing.
  • Coordinate hand-eye movements to perform fast and precise tasks.
  • Enter order details accurately using computer keyboards or touch-screen systems.
