Responsibilities
- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift
- Ensure all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations are managed
- Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time
- Expect the same adherence to policies and procedures from crew members
- Handle staffing
- Complete paperwork
- Manage cost controls
- Manage cash control
- Oversee food management
- Work to a schedule
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
- Deliver great customer service
- Ensure attendance and punctuality
- Have transportation to and from work
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Support marketing efforts
- Ensure profitability
Requirements
- Be able to lift 25 lbs without assistance
- Have a reliable form of transportation to get to work on time
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Will approve a pre-employment background check
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time during a shift
- Available and willing to work a schedule with varying hours on a daily basis
