Responsibilities

  • Operate all necessary equipment safely and efficiently
  • Move ingredients from delivery zones to storage, prep areas, and coolers
  • Prepare food items according to established guidelines
  • Handle incoming calls and process customer orders accurately
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete related documentation
  • Clean machinery and premises on a daily basis
  • Model strict adherence to all policies and procedures at all times
  • Enforce full compliance with policies and procedures among team members
  • Oversee staffing needs including scheduling and availability
  • Complete required administrative documentation
  • Monitor and manage operational cost efficiency
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and control processes
  • Oversee proper food handling, storage, and rotation
  • Follow and adhere to assigned work schedules
  • Ensure the store meets brand image and operational standards
  • Provide high-quality customer interactions and support
  • Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality for self and team
  • Guarantee reliable transportation to and from the workplace
  • Keep the store facility clean and organized
  • Support local marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Contribute to improving store profitability
