Responsibilities
- Support the lead manager in overseeing daily restaurant functions, including service quality, food production, supply tracking, and employee work schedules.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring compliance with established standards and delivering constructive performance input.
- Ensure the workplace remains tidy and properly maintained, following all health and safety protocols.
- Handle customer concerns effectively and take action to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in creating and executing plans to boost store performance and meet operational targets.
- Complete routine office duties and manage stock levels accurately.
- Step into the leadership role in the absence of the manager to maintain seamless operations.
