Responsibilities
- Operate all necessary equipment safely and efficiently
- Move delivered ingredients to storage, work zones, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare food items according to established standards
- Handle incoming calls and process customer orders accurately
- Conduct inventory checks and complete required documentation
- Perform regular cleaning of equipment and facility spaces
- Demonstrate full compliance with all policies and procedures at all times
- Require crew members to adhere strictly to all policies and procedures
- Take full accountability for all shift activities and outcomes
- Oversee staffing needs and crew assignments
- Complete all required administrative forms and reports
- Monitor and manage operational cost controls
- Maintain accurate cash handling and control procedures
- Oversee proper food storage, usage, and waste reduction
- Follow and adhere to assigned work schedules
- Uphold store image and meet all brand standards
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
- Ensure team members are present and on time for shifts
- Maintain reliable transportation for work attendance
- Keep the store environment clean and sanitary
- Support local marketing initiatives and promotions
- Contribute to the financial success and profitability of the store
