Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all areas of restaurant operations
- Supervise, train, and inspire team members to perform effectively
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered during every shift
- Uphold standards for food quality, service speed, and order accuracy
- Manage employee schedules, labor distribution, and inventory control
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Supervise cash handling procedures, banking tasks, and monitor store profitability
- Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales
