Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations under the guidance of the Store Manager
- Supervise, coach, and inspire team members to perform effectively
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered during every shift
- Uphold high standards for food quality, order speed, and accuracy
- Manage employee schedules, labor costs, and inventory levels
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing staff
- Oversee financial tasks including cash handling, deposits, and profitability tracking
- Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales
