Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
- Train, guide, and inspire team members to perform effectively
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered during every shift
- Uphold standards for food quality, order speed, and accuracy
- Manage employee schedules, labor costs, and inventory levels
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop staff members
- Supervise cash handling, banking procedures, and store financial performance
- Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales
