Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all daily restaurant operations
- Supervise, coach, and inspire team members
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered during every shift
- Uphold standards for food quality, order speed, and accuracy
- Manage employee schedules, labor costs, and inventory levels
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee development
- Oversee financial tasks including cash handling and bank deposits
- Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales
