- Support the Store Manager in all areas of daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and inspire team members to perform effectively
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered during every shift
- Uphold high standards for food quality, order speed, and accuracy
- Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing employees
- Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and store financial performance
- Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales
