Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations with attention to cash handling, stock levels, and food quality
- Train, guide, and inspire staff to deliver consistent service and performance
- Organize employee work schedules and ensure full shift coverage
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns and suggestions
- Enforce corporate guidelines, operational procedures, and health regulations
- Support cost management by tracking labor and food-related expenditures
- Work alongside the store leader to meet performance benchmarks and sales goals
- Maintain store cleanliness, equipment function, and facility upkeep
- Engage in neighborhood marketing efforts and local outreach programs
- Review sales figures and inventory summaries to inform operational choices
- Perform hands-on duties when necessary, such as preparing orders and taking customer requests
