ENFRA is hiring an Asset Management Service Director - Commercial Operations

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes safety as the highest concern at every customer location.
• Creates and executes a comprehensive plan covering operations, preventive maintenance, emergency response, repairs, and temporary services to support business goals and asset reliability.
• Establishes a customized plant manual and operational strategy for each client.
• Fosters communication between client and company teams to share best practices, resources, and coordinate operational activities.
• Implements strategies to maintain consistent business and operational continuity across all regions.
• Develops and applies a quality assurance process, including executive site reviews, to verify plan effectiveness.
• Onboards and manages qualified vendors and subcontractors.
• Aligns internal departments to support execution of operational and maintenance plans.
• Manages team staffing, including hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Designs, coordinates, and rolls out training programs for both asset management personnel and clients.
• Analyzes monthly KPIs, including maintenance completion, chemical treatment data, repair logs, and periodic reports.
• Reviews and adjusts team schedules to match client, facility, and system needs for optimal performance.
• Collaborates with teams to initiate operational improvements when necessary.
• Assesses account performance with a focus on customer satisfaction and leads efforts to improve technical support and resolve issues proactively.
• Assigns and secures necessary resources to meet service commitments to clients and maintain system integrity.
• Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high ethical standards in operations.
• Maintains work quality in line with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, corporate policies, and project specifications.
