Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional growth strategy for transportation planning that supports broader business and geographic goals.
- Create targeted market and account strategies centered on key public-sector clients, including transportation agencies, metropolitan planning organizations, and local governments.
- Drive the development of sales opportunities through proactive market analysis, client engagement, and strategic positioning.
- Foster trusted relationships with senior and technical decision-makers to position the firm as the preferred partner, offering strategic advice aligned with client goals.
- Lead or assist in capture planning for major opportunities, including team formation, value proposition design, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure growth targets are supported by staffing, technical capacity, and project execution readiness.
- Work with strategy and growth functions, account managers, and sector leads to identify and pursue cross-disciplinary business opportunities.
- Coordinate with transportation planning leadership to align growth goals with workforce capabilities and long-term business development plans.
- Manage the sales pipeline, account strategies, and critical pursuits, ensuring proposals are high-quality, client-focused, and demonstrate technical strength.
- Enforce consistent use of CRM systems and pursuit management protocols to maintain data accuracy and strategic discipline.
