About the Role
The position is responsible for expanding commercial presence through direct engagement with urology departments, selling a robotic solution for prostate surgery, and meeting sales goals within an assigned geography.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in urology practices and hospitals
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations for surgical teams
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build relationships with key decision-makers including physicians, administrators, and procurement staff
- Collaborate with clinical support teams to ensure successful case coverage
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical and clinical aspects of the device
- Coordinate with marketing to tailor promotional efforts to regional needs
- Track competitive activity and report market intelligence to headquarters
- Support contract negotiations with group purchasing organizations and health systems
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies
- Attend and represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows
- Manage inventory and logistics for capital equipment placement
- Facilitate training sessions for new customer sites
- Monitor post-sale adoption metrics and customer utilization rates
- Escalate technical or service issues to appropriate internal teams
- Prepare and submit monthly sales activity reports
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of urological surgical trends and technologies
- Drive conversion of pilot sites into full commercial agreements
- Work cross-functionally with reimbursement specialists to support customer financing needs
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure

Hybrid with regional travel required
