Glovo was looking for an Area Manager Kyiv

Lead and shape commercial performance in the Kyiv region by managing a team of account managers and sales executives. You'll be accountable for delivering both local and global OKRs, ensuring alignment between field execution and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team responsible for performance across multiple cities, fostering growth and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director and functional leads to design and implement sales, growth, and portfolio strategies tailored to the region
  • Own the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure consistent delivery against measurable goals
  • Identify and establish local partnerships that strengthen market presence and expand business opportunities
  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and regional trends to guide decision-making
  • Develop standardized processes and best practices that can be replicated across other areas
  • Create and maintain detailed reporting frameworks to support both strategic planning and day-to-day operations
  • Uphold company values through leadership, mentorship, and setting performance expectations for the team
