Opportunity Overview

Seeking proficient Ardour users to support AI research through adaptable, hourly contract work. This is not a conventional employment role. Utilize your practical experience with recording, editing, or mixing audio to evaluate AI-generated content and offer feedback to improve AI's comprehension of audio tasks and professional production workflows. This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity that can be undertaken alongside other commitments.

Who This Is For

Ideal for experienced Ardour users with backgrounds in roles such as: Audio Engineer or Recording Engineer, Music Producer, Sound Designer. Should have substantial experience in: Recording, editing, or mixing audio using Ardour, Annotating or labeling audio assets, Working on audio projects following production briefs or session guidelines, Reviewing audio for quality, accuracy, or sonic consistency

What You'll Do

Leverage your Ardour experience to create tool-related questions and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world audio engineering and music production workflows. No prior AI or technical experience is necessary.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Ardour, whether through professional work or freelance projects, A working knowledge of audio engineering concepts and production workflows, Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, The ability to work independently and follow written guidelines
