Responsibilities
- Break down projects into manageable technical components and assign development tasks accordingly.
- Guide technical execution and align internal groups with external partners.
- Enforce adherence to established architecture, design principles, and technical specifications.
- Make critical decisions on system design and technology choices.
- Lead teams handling integrations and interconnected system modules.
- Oversee deployment processes across development, testing, user acceptance, and production environments.
- Manage the transfer of data from legacy banking infrastructure to the new platform.
- Support pilot launches, performance evaluations, testing phases, and live deployment activities.
- Ensure operational stability and continuous improvement after system release.
- Lead the incorporation of new functionalities into the broader system ecosystem.
- Own end-to-end delivery, system reliability, ongoing maintenance, and future development.
