Responsibilities
- Collaborate regularly with the Project Lead to advance design concepts through ongoing coordination and interim reviews.
- Develop original designs and modify existing ones, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, aligned with project milestones and information delivery timelines.
- Independently assess, choose, and implement appropriate design and construction methodologies based on project needs.
- Coordinate with external consultants and regulatory bodies to define the foundational design framework.
- Support the Project Lead in daily management of the design team and in fostering effective team dynamics.
- Guide team members by providing direction, clarification, and development input for design investigations.
- Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations as needed.
- Help shape project layouts and unify architectural and engineering components into cohesive proposals for client evaluation.
- Assist in producing detailed scale drawings and contractual documentation for use by construction contractors.
- Support construction administration tasks, including periodic site visits to verify adherence to technical specifications.
- Help identify practical technical solutions while demonstrating knowledge of sound architectural design principles.
- Effectively manage personal workload and time to ensure timely delivery of assigned deliverables.
- Follow internal office protocols and comply with established SNHA design standards.

- Must be able to travel within the UK.
- Must be available to work outside standard hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to travel internationally when required is preferred.
