About the Role
The role involves leading architectural tasks across planning, design development, and construction documentation while working closely with internal teams, clients, and external agencies to ensure technical accuracy and project success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, programming, planning, and design during technical development, design evolution, and construction documentation phases
- Work jointly with design teams to define project scope, layout, and feasibility assessments
- Address and resolve technical inquiries and detailing issues for both field and office personnel
- Support code evaluation and interpretation, including responses to feedback from regulatory agencies
- Serve as Lead Architect for technical documentation tasks, including contracts, specifications, design CAMP®, client meetings, and QA/QC coordination
- Coordinate project components with internal departments and external partners
- Contribute to Quality Control and Quality Management by evaluating internal and external project deliverables
- Support cost estimation and constructability analysis for project teams
