Shape the future of intelligent surveillance by leading Axis's engagement with architects and engineering consultants across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you'll strengthen the A&E program by building trusted relationships with specifiers, ensuring Axis solutions are accurately specified into new projects. You'll act as a technical and strategic advisor, aligning consultant requirements with product capabilities to support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships within the A&E network, identifying opportunities to expand engagement with new consultants
- Advise on technical specifications for Axis network video products, ensuring designs meet project requirements
- Deliver education on Axis design tools and best practices to improve system accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with regional sales and end customer teams to align A&E initiatives with market needs
- Support focus accounts by driving product specification and promoting program benefits
- Represent Axis in industry discussions, reinforcing thought leadership and technical expertise
- Contribute to regional strategy in alignment with EMEA and Northern & Eastern Europe objectives
- Work within a global virtual team to share insights and implement consistent best practices
What You Bring
- Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels with strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in developing and executing technical sales or business development plans
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking
