About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating audio data annotations, ensuring they meet quality standards and accurately reflect spoken English in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Review audio clips recorded in Singaporean English
- Confirm the correctness of text transcriptions
- Identify and flag inconsistencies in annotations
- Ensure alignment between audio and labeled data
- Follow annotation quality guidelines
- Report issues in data labeling processes
- Maintain high accuracy in verification tasks
- Work with standardized evaluation criteria
- Complete assigned verification batches on time
- Provide feedback on ambiguous or unclear clips
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols
- Collaborate with project leads on quality concerns
- Track progress using provided tools
- Respond to quality audits when required
- Stay updated on annotation guidelines
- Handle large volumes of audio data efficiently
- Communicate issues affecting data quality
- Support consistency across annotation teams
- Meet performance benchmarks regularly
- Participate in training refreshers as needed
