Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in current AppSheet applications while ensuring ongoing maintenance and performance improvements
- Assist end-users with technical challenges involving AppSheet and its integration with Google Sheets
- Suggest enhancements and automation opportunities to improve application efficiency and user experience
- Support the rollout of application updates, test new functionalities, and verify data accuracy and consistency
- Maintain detailed records of technical issues, solutions applied, and modifications to operational workflows
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and provide timely, effective technical support
