We are seeking a skilled Applications Engineer to play a key role in advancing our FPGA technology. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enable high-speed IP integration, troubleshoot design challenges, and ensure successful product deployment. Your expertise will help shape the development and real-world application of our low-power, compact, and high-reliability devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in supporting high-speed interface IPs and FPGA-based designs for current and next-generation products
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams to resolve integration issues and accelerate time-to-market
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and firmware challenges using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal analyzers
- Contribute to product development from initial architecture through documentation, release, and post-deployment support
- Develop and refine design methodologies that enhance performance, signal integrity, and timing closure
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of hands-on experience is required. You should have a proven background in FPGA design flows, including RTL development and verification using Verilog or VHDL. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for clear documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience bringing commercial hardware products to market is required, along with the ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Expertise
- Familiarity with memory standards and high-speed physical interfaces
- Knowledge of signaling standards such as SSTL, HSTL, LVSTL, and HSUL
- Experience with PLL/DLL design, timing closure, and signal integrity analysis
- Practical background in FPGA development and verification workflows
Work Environment
This is an onsite role in a results-driven, R&D-focused culture. The environment emphasizes innovation, teamwork, and rapid problem-solving. Engineers are expected to contribute to a collaborative atmosphere while maintaining a strong customer service orientation.
