Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software through hands-on coding and meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate in researching, building, deploying, and maintaining internal software systems, including design, testing, debugging, and quality assurance
- Work as part of an agile team alongside product owners, engineers, and scrum masters in a cooperative environment
- Use relevant tools to diagnose and resolve technical or business-related issues
- Remain accessible for urgent troubleshooting and resolution of unexpected production issues
- Build robust web application features involving complex business logic and user interactions for high-traffic platforms
- Participate in architectural discussions around data, services, APIs, web, and mobile solutions, offering proactive recommendations
- Develop and debug integration solutions using ApiGee proxies on the updated KAFKA-based integration platform
- Engage in software feature design under the guidance of senior and principal developers
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements
- Verify project scope, plans, and deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Update CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps for deployment and post-deployment validation and support
- Lead end-to-end development of IT solutions across multiple technologies and platforms, from research to support
- Analyze, recommend, and implement emerging technologies, tools, and standardized processes
- Collaborate with product management to align development with product vision and maximize business impact
- Support Site Reliability Engineering practices by meeting service-level objectives and SLA commitments for production systems
- Mentor junior developers and team members to strengthen technical understanding and project execution
- Offer advanced technical guidance and coaching in specialized areas
- Stay available to address unexpected system outages or production incidents
