Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with relational databases and backend testing using advanced SQL queries
- Proven proficiency with HP ALM/Quality Center as a test management tool
- Demonstrated ability to create, document, and execute test cases for large and complex systems
- Solid track record in analyzing and documenting intricate business processes and workflows
- Deep understanding of test planning and methodologies for designing effective test cases
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle phases and development approaches
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance testing principles and strategies
- Strong background in manual testing, including test plan development and test case creation
- Experience logging, managing, and tracking defects using IBM Rational ClearQuest
- Working knowledge of version control tools such as SVN, VSS, or TFS
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication abilities
- Excellent time management and a consistent history of meeting project deadlines
