Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of application, batch, and connectivity issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Assess and rank defects by severity to determine deployment timing or alignment with scheduled quarterly releases.
- Design and develop code changes, support system integration testing, assist in user acceptance testing, and prepare systems for live deployment.
- Ensure production stability by verifying that all deployments undergo required risk and impact evaluations.
- Monitor and track defect resolution progress to meet established closure performance targets.
- Communicate insights from production defect analysis to quality assurance and development teams to enhance software quality and reduce recurrence.
- Validate and release software updates and system modifications into production environments.
- Diagnose, resolve, and enhance existing software through debugging and version upgrades.
