Responsibilities
- Works with teams to design and refine training materials, adjusting content based on real-world use in operational settings
- Offers technical assistance for web-based platforms and alternative training delivery formats
- Partners with business units to detect performance issues, patterns, and gaps affecting workforce efficiency
- Co-develops strategic initiatives aimed at advancing organizational performance
- May lead as project lead during the rollout of targeted programs
- Engages directly with key operational contacts to define and align on implementation plans
- Uses established methods to assess training effectiveness and interprets evaluation results
- Produces, duplicates, and distributes training resources such as pre-work assignments, workbooks, handouts, and post-training assessments
- Advises business units by understanding their daily functions, identifying training requirements, and suggesting solutions to meet objectives
