Arcadia is hiring an Application Enablement Analyst to support our application ecosystem. This is a remote position for candidates located within the United States.
What You'll Do
- Analyze application performance and user adoption metrics.
- Enable internal teams to effectively utilize business applications.
- Develop training materials and process documentation.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Gather user feedback to inform application improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an application support, enablement, or business analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting application data and user behavior.
- Excellent communication skills for training and supporting diverse user groups.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear application requirements.
- Experience creating user guides and process documentation.
