Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow an established team of professionals
  • Manage all scientific and technological initiatives within the assigned region
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent service quality
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding current income sources and identifying new ones
  • Build and strengthen external relationships with potential clients and partners such as architects, owners, and construction management firms
  • Monitor key project opportunities, predict future project flow, and create strategies to win work
  • Keep informed on regional and global market trends and maintain technical leadership within the practice
  • Establish internal connections across the organization to share information on staffing and project opportunities
  • Ensure high-quality technical execution and expert problem resolution on all projects
  • Create and refine the regional business strategy in alignment with global objectives and coordinate across disciplines and geographies
  • Align regional goals with global team objectives to support overall business execution
  • Design and implement strategies to enter new client markets and increase profitable work
  • Supervise financial performance of projects and manage reporting processes across offices and clients
  • Achieve an annual revenue target averaging between $1 million and $3 million over two years
  • Define and communicate the firm's unique value to differentiate it in the marketplace
  • Lead or assist in client presentations with emphasis on integrated service offerings
  • Act as a proactive leader and problem solver to guide teams and partners in delivering high-performing projects
  • Publish technical content and present at industry events to enhance visibility and credibility
  • Lead strategic hiring of senior-level talent with relevant market expertise and mentor new direct reports
