CNH Industrial is looking for an Application Specialist (Anwendungsspezialist) to manage assigned applications, ensuring overall service levels and supporting application enhancements and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the coherence of the application system to business process requirements within our cooperative, global team focused on collaboration and customer success.
What You'll Do
- Manage the assigned applications portfolio and coordinate with other ICT teams to ensure overall service level.
- Support solution proposals in collaboration with other ICT areas.
- Participate in projects for application evolution and maintenance, ensuring quality and methodology compliance.
- Maintain business/user requirements documentation, technical documentation, and training documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Application / Software, with proven management capability.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
