Responsibilities
- Create expressive character performances that support narrative goals
- Collaborate with directors and supervisors to meet creative vision
- Produce animation cycles and complex scenes to a high standard
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality
- Incorporate feedback from reviews and iterations
- Work within established pipelines and technical constraints
- Maintain consistency with character rigs and scene requirements
- Contribute to team problem-solving and workflow improvements
- Participate in dailies and production meetings
- Ensure files are organized and properly named
- Adapt animation style to match project needs
- Support continuity across shots and sequences
- Troubleshoot animation-related technical issues
- Follow studio guidelines for asset delivery
- Stay current with internal tools and software updates
- Assist in mentoring junior team members when needed
- Maintain awareness of project schedules and priorities
- Contribute to shot refinement during final stages
- Ensure compliance with production standards
- Work efficiently across multiple tasks and sequences
