Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy custom software and database features for both legacy and modern systems with minimal supervision
- Collaborate as a team member in an agile environment, supporting peers with a proactive and committed mindset
- Enhance existing products through iterative improvements and feature additions
- Engage in full sprint cycles including planning, testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, and release activities
- Contribute to release planning by shaping conceptual designs and refining software engineering practices
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and project challenges involving scheduling, tools, and system components
- Maintain high standards of product quality and on-time delivery, offering guidance and reporting on performance
- Guide and support junior developers through coaching and knowledge sharing
